● Assets and income must be verified

● Annual income may not exceed:

$37,559 (St. James Place)

$31,300 (St. James Place II)

● Pay $28 fee (Not St. James II) & pass a criminal background check

● Submit a current TB test with application

● Pass initial drug test

● Agree to random drug tests while a resident
