St. James Place has 100 furnished single room occupancy (SRO) apartments. St. James Place II has 38 furnished SRO apartments. Each includes:

● Single bed with storage built into the bedframe

● Table and two chairs

● Refrigerator and microwave

● Toilet

● Shower (St. James Place II only – each floor of St. James Place has shared individual showers)

Community kitchen

There are community kitchens and laundry rooms on each of the three floors. Other common areas include a lounge with cable TV, billiard room, exercise room, library, and computer room with Internet access.

Both St. James Place and St. James Place II have handicap-accessible units.

Residents enjoy financial education and referrals, referrals for food and clothing, monthly dinners, regular outings and events, and 24-hour security.
